A helicopter has crashed into the Hudson River in New York City, the New York Town Hearth Division verified Wednesday afternoon.

A spokesperson for the FDNY confirmed the crash and reported the pilot, the only individual on board, was securely taken out from the h2o with no injuries. The department’s confirmed Twitter account stated there were being two other non-lifetime-threatening accidents.
